Can I use Nationwide eSIM Plans everywhere in Thailand?
Yes, eSIM Thailand Daily Data plans work everywhere in Thailand except for Pattani, Yala, and Narathiwat. We select and offer the best data plans that provide the best nationwide coverage.
Should I order and activate an eSIM before traveling?

Are voice calls and SMS available with the eSIM plan?

What should I do, when I didn't receive a QR code email?
Our QR code is sent automatically to the email address you’ve written in the order form within 15 minutes. If you haven’t received your email, please check the following below :

The eSIM appears to have been deleted from your device.
If you were unable to use the internet during your trip, the likely reason is that the eSIM was disabled of Turned OFF.
To use the eSIM, the option “Turn On This Line” must be enabled. If should be Turned ON.
Additionally for the future, we encourage you to contact us using any available Wi-Fi at your hotel or elsewhere if you face any difficulties during your trip.
